These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iringgit platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using iringgit, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be aged 21 or above to register and use iringgit. One account per person. Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed.
All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal. Abuse of promotional offers will result in account suspension.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, multi-account abuse, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and iringgit ("iringgit", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible athttps://iringgit.cam and any related subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, or applications ("Platform").
By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, and policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. iringgit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important Notice for Malaysian Users: iringgit operates under an international gaming licence. Online gambling is regulated differently across jurisdictions. Malaysian users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws and regulations regarding online gambling prior to registration. iringgit does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Malaysia for any specific individual.

To register and maintain an Account on iringgit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: iringgit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of age will result in immediate suspension of the Account and witholding of any Balance pending verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with our legal obligations.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. iringgit uses automated and manual systems to detect multi-account activity and will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon detection.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as stated on your government-issued identification, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or One-Time Password (OTP) with any third party. iringgit will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify iringgit support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, iringgit requires you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — a Malaysian MyKad or passport is acceptable — together with proof of payment method ownership where required. iringgit reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Processing of withdrawals will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
iringgit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All real-money transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits via e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. iringgit does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. iringgit does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and confirmation that applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a completed deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. iringgit reserves the right to suspend relevant Account, withold any Balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. iringgit reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling at least RM 2,000 before the bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Specific game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are published in each promotion's terms.
iringgit employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses via related accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions, and coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
Referral bonuses are credited once the referred player completes the qualifying deposit and wagering activity as specified in the relevant referal programme terms. Self-referals, using alternate contact details or payment accounts, are prohibited and will be treated as multi-account fraud.
All bets placed on iringgit are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are made available within the Platform at point of betting. By confirming a bet, you accept the applicable rules and odds displayed at that time.
iringgit reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where there is evidence of a technical error in the display of odds or game outcomes; where a match, event, or game is abandoned or suspended; where a bet has been placed following the conclusion of an event; or where iringgit has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and time period. These limits are enforced automatically by the Platform and may be adjusted at iringgit's discretion without prior notice. Bets exceeding applicable limits will be rejected or partially accepted up to the applicable limit.
Palpable Error: In the event of an obvious error in odds pricing ("palpable error"), iringgit reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been confirmed and settled. iringgit will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly in such circumstances.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the iringgit Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
iringgit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any Balance held in such accounts, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the iringgit Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of iringgit or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without iringgit's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of iringgit's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iringgit, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial or non-financial loss.
iringgit's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
iringgit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. iringgit shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your iringgit Account. iringgit does not guarantee any outcome of any game or betting event. Please gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
iringgit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or relational difficulties, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gambling tools available in your account settings, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders.
iringgit staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may apply protective restrictions to an Account without prior notice where there are reasonable concerns about player's gambling behaviour. Such restrictions are applied in the interests of player welfare and are not negotiable in the short term.

iringgit reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where a security or fraud investigation is underway, or where required by applicable law or a regulatory authority. During a suspension, withdrawals and deposits may be frozen pending the outcome of the relevant investigation.
iringgit may permanently close an Account where a breach of these Terms has been substantiated, where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected, or where iringgit is required to do so by law. Upon closure for cause, any Balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Accounts closed at your request will have any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC verification. Please allow up to 5 business days for account closure processing.
iringgit collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available athttps://iringgit.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
iringgit employs 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage practices, and access control measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities solely to the extent required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
iringgit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform, including display of a notice upon login or publication of an updated version of these Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iringgit holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through iringgit's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit iringgit's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
Note for Malaysian Users: These Terms are not governed by Malaysian law. Malaysian users accessing the Platform do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with their local laws and regulations. iringgit is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), or any other Malaysian government authority.
